A photo of the board, the menu or the receipt. It is not required, but with it the correction goes live immediately instead of waiting for a second opinion.
What happens next. We correct the listing, and we email The J. P. Joule to say a customer arrived on a price they published and it was wrong, quoting the page we read it from. It is not a complaint and it names nobody. Most venues fix it; some claim their listing off the back of it.
